Lemon Spritzer
Apr 2021After three years in a row of being one of Holo Taco’s bottom-selling shades, it’s time we take Lemon Spritzer off of the menu. First concocted for the Pastel Rainbow Collection, this pastel yellow linear just wasn’t winning over customer tastes. May this acquired taste of a shade shade zest in peace. -
Banana Hacks
Mar 2021This bright yellow shade hacked its way into our hearts. Inspired by incredible life hacks using everyday bananas, this yellow crème made its debut via the For Art’s Sake Bundle. Now that it’s made its split, we hope this polish is relaxing after creating countless a-peeling manis. -
Fake Date
Nov 2020Even the best of dates must come to an end. Fake Date was one of the first frosted metals to set the legacy straight: metallics are beautiful but oh so underappreciated. Introduced in the Frosted Metals Collection, this metallic lilac shade captivated nails (who actually took it out for a spin) for more than three years. We hope to still remain friends with this shade even after it moves on. -
Cold Shoulder
Nov 2020Ironic that this polish was given the literal Cold Shoulder by customers before we finally sent it on its way. This chilly pale cobalt blue metallic shade broke the ice for frosted metals everywhere, so we thank it for its important contribution to the frosted metal legacy. -
Got Cake?
Oct 2020This icing-like polish was simply too irresistible that we had to give it up. Introduced in 2020 as our first polish designed to celebrate Simply’s birthday, millions of nails have indulged in Got Cake?. May it enjoy its retirement afterparty. -
Chameleon Coat
Sept 2020This camouflage-inspired shade was so effective at going unnoticed by customers, it appeared on our bottom-selling lists every year of its long-lived life. Released in our Multichrome Collection, this green multichrome shifted across captivating earthy green tones. We sincerely hope this polish finally receives the recognition it deserves in retirement.
